Internal use licence

These terms describe authorised internal use of Island Enterprise Freight Estimates, operated by Island Enterprise Ltd.

Permitted use

Island Enterprise authorises its designated personnel to use the connector for the company's reviewed QuickBooks customer estimates. This is an internal application, not a public accounting service or an offer of access to other businesses. Users must have permission to access the selected workbook and QuickBooks company.

Review before export

The operator must check the company, customer, product/service mappings, units, currency, tax treatment, estimate date and totals before creating or updating an estimate. Excel remains the source of the pricing calculations. Readiness checks assist this review but cannot prove that all inputs or saved formula results are correct.

Account and data responsibilities

Keep credentials and temporary authorisation addresses private. Use the intended company and environment. Do not bypass warnings, use a new shipment reference to retry an unresolved export, or remove export history without reconciliation. The connector does not send customer emails; any customer communication is handled separately by authorised personnel.

Availability and support

The connector depends on the Windows device, a suitable saved workbook, network access and Intuit services. Changes to those systems may require maintenance. It does not replace accounting or tax review. Intuit's own service terms continue to apply to QuickBooks access.

Ending access

Island Enterprise may withdraw internal authorisation. Revoke the app's QuickBooks connection to end future API access. Existing estimates and local records remain until separately reviewed and removed where appropriate. See the disconnect instructions and privacy notice.
