Local Excel to QuickBooks connector

Connect QuickBooks

Start from the local Freight to QuickBooks connector on the authorised Windows laptop.

  1. Open the local connector at http://localhost:8765.
  2. Confirm the intended environment and choose Connect with Intuit.
  3. Sign in to Intuit yourself and review the company and requested accounting access before granting permission.
  4. For a hosted production connection, follow the callback page's instructions and complete the connection in the local connector within ten minutes.
  5. Load the QuickBooks lists, preview the saved workbook, match records and review the estimate before export.
The public website does not ask for your QuickBooks password, Client Secret, workbook or pricing data. Enter app credentials only in the local connector's settings.
